A Creative Meeting: The Challenge of Combining Fun with Education in a Comfortable Environment

Interest in education and its modern methods, contemporary problems, and creative youth ideas related to education, and because education is the first pillar, and through education the nation survives, advances, and advances, and with it we train and raise the people of the nation, and through it creativity, mastery, and achievement are achieved, and because education in the era of accelerating technology is different, and we need Presenting it in an attractive, distinctive and useful way in a quick time, so the Libya Academy for Advanced Studies hosted the “Housh Al-Qaraya” team, in a creative meeting entitled: The challenge of combining fun with education in a comfortable environment.

The meeting was moderated by Mr. Taha Eskanji, and the interventions were presented by: Dr. Mahmoud Al-Awami – Mr. Mahmoud Mounir Kardash – Mr. Faraj Abdelkader Zoubi – Mr. Mohsen Najib Bouchaala

The professors discussed the concept of introducing fun into education, using modern stimulating educational methods, and making the student practice the process of self-education himself, by participating in active interactive education, using visual and audio means that attract the student, and paying attention to the place in which education takes place, which is the environment in which the educational process takes place.

In their distinguished interventions, the speakers also pointed out the need to move away from the stereotypical traditional education, in which the student is the recipient of a large amount of information but without taking into account the strategies for teaching and learning methods.

They also talked about their creative project, “Housh Al-Qaraya,” and their unique and pioneering experience, combining fun, education, and a comfortable environment.

The distinguished audience participated in the discussion, and it was enriched with a set of ideas and differences between ancient and modern teaching methods, optimal methods of dealing with learners, methods of presenting information and interacting with it, and attraction towards it, and other topics of high importance.
