Today, Wednesday, March 9, in the city of Al-Bayda, in cooperation with the Islamic University of Sayyid Muhammad bin Ali Al-Senussi, Faculty of Sharia and Law, the Libya Academy for Advanced Studies organized a workshop on the parliamentary road map.
The session’s facilitator is Professor Abdel Basset Bouzahra, Head of the Department of International Relations at Senussia University, and its rapporteur is Mr. Ali Nasser.
The head of the law department at the university, Professor Abdel Hamid Boulabyad, faculty members at the college, and male and female students of the College of Law participated in this workshop.
The road map that was issued on February 7, 2022, the 12th Constitutional Amendment, the reasons for reaching it, the potential effects, the different paths, and talk about the strengths and weaknesses of the 12th Constitutional Amendment, and the observations, opinions, and questions about it, were discussed.
The need to expedite the holding of presidential and parliamentary elections was also discussed, and the meeting concluded with some important recommendations.
