Achieving Fulfillment, translated by the Secretary of Dar Al-Ifta

The book is a biography of Sheikh Mufti Izz al-Din al-Gharyani, born in 1932 and died in 2003, Secretary of the Libyan Fatwa House, and his approach to fatwa and life.

The book included: Personal identification: his name, lineage, birth, upbringing, personality traits, marriage, children, and death.

It also included the Sheikh’s academic environment: the writers, the Ahmed Pasha College, the Sharia College, the Zaytoun College, his Sheikhs, and his students.

In addition to his jobs, contributions, approvals and chains of transmission in jurisprudence, hadith, education and recommendation, and his status.

With talk about his responsibility for preparing fatwas during the time of the Mufti of Libya Al-Qalhud and the Mufti of Libya Al-Zawi, and the method of his fatwas, in style, reasoning, transmission, treatment, and direction.
