The training program for issuing airline tickets on the Amadeus ticket reservation system.
The Amadeus system is the unified system for issuing airline tickets under the supervision of the International Air Transport Association, known as the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
In this program you will learn:
- Knowing the schedules of flights to and from all airports in the world and the names of the airports.
- How to create reservations.
- How to book according to the grades and required period
- Knowing the prices of domestic and international flights
- Issuing travel tickets
- Preparing sales reports and reconciling them with transport companies
- Identifying the types of problems facing the reservation employee (Reissue / Revalidation)
- At the end of the course, an overview of marketing and advertising in international airline companies and sales skills.
Accreditation of the Libya Academy for Advanced Studies, the General Federation of Chambers of Tourism, and the International Travel and Tourism Company as an authorized agent with the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
The duration of the course is daily for a week and the value is 300 dinars to confirm the student’s attendance.
