On behalf of the team of the Libya Institute for Advanced Studies and the Chairman of its Board of Directors, Dr. Arif Nayed We extend our condolences to the family, children and friends of the late Dr. Abdullah Muhammad Abu Azoum Abdel Nabi Belkheir, who passed away following a traffic accident.
He was born in 1966, graduated from Garyounis University, specializing in media, and obtained a doctorate from the Libyan Academy.
He worked at the Culture and Media Foundation, was a member of the National Conference and then the State Council.
He worked on reprinting and publishing the minutes of the House of Representatives, the Senate and the Committee of Sixty, “The Era of Independence.”
Oh God, forgive him, have mercy on him, grant him good health, and pardon him.
