Time management: It is a planning process to control the time a person spends on various activities. That is, it is a collective activity that aims to achieve the maximum overall benefit for a group of other activities within a boundary condition for a limited period of time, as time itself cannot be managed since it is fixed.
Adequate sleep must also be taken into account in order to maintain time management, as regular sleep helps enhance a person’s ability to organize his time, due to the ability of regular sleep to improve the brain’s working mechanism, as it makes it work in an ideal manner. Sleep also reduces the stress that a person may feel at the end of his day, and increases the concentration necessary to achieve his goals.
From this platform, the Libya Academy for Advanced Studies, in cooperation with the South-South Foundation for Cooperation and Development, invites you to attend a lecture entitled (Time Management).
