This workshop aims to:
1- Knowing the conceptual meaning and mechanism of producing the strategic plan.
2- Building the vision and mission of an educational institution.
3- Producing the objectives of the educational institution.
4- Data collection techniques and analysis mechanisms to develop the strategic plan.
5- Setting the main and subsidiary strategic objectives.
6- Design performance indicators.
