The Libya Institute for Advanced Studies awards the Shield of Excellence and Creativity to the Libyan visual artist Hamida Saqr, for receiving international and global awards and honors.
The honoring took place as part of the magazine’s program on Libya’s “Homeland Spirit” channel, and is presented by the distinguished journalist Muhammad Al-Faytouri.
