LIAS in cooperation with the International University, organized a lecture: Job burnout “using psychological capital”
Today, Saturday, July 29, 2023, the Libya Academy for Advanced Studies, in cooperation with the Libyan International University, organized a lecture entitled: Job Burnout (Using Psychological Capital).
Delivered by Dr. Hoda Al-Muqairhi.
PhD in Management, Leadership and Organizational Behavior
Consultant at the Swiss Institute for Development and Training
In the presence of a group of employees, researchers and interested parties.
The lecture included several topics, generally about job burnout and its impact on the self and the work environment.
I learned about positive psychology and its relationship to organizational behavior. It discussed the diagnosis of job burnout among the participating employees and their experiences at work, and the extent to which local institutions marginalize this aspect, which leads to the fragility of quality and institutional belonging, and a general failure in job cadres and their production due to the lack of attention to the importance of these factors that directly face front office employees.
Organizations must identify cases of job burnout among their employees to create a healthier, more effective and productive work environment.
