The Libya Institute for Advanced Studies organized a symposium entitled: Migration, its reality and its future, on the Zoom platform, on December 18, 2020, on the occasion of International Migrants Day.

Mr. Jamal Al-Mabrouk Ali, a specialist in monitoring the phenomenon of migration and asylum, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the International Cooperation and Relief Organization, Chairman of the Committee for Drafting a Draft Law Proposal on Irregular Migration and Combating Migrant Smuggling, and a Draft Proposed Asylum Law in Libya.

Professor Issam Al-Amouri Al-Mukhtar, a university professor, and researcher specializing in the phenomenon of migration, is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Mediterranean Organization for Development and Relief, and Deputy Director of the Mediterranean Center for Studies, Consultations and Training.
