Yesterday, Saturday, the Libya Academy for Advanced Studies organized a symposium entitled: The role of women in the family and society, with a diverse presence of women.
During the symposium, many topics of concern to women, the problems they face professionally and in the family, and how to improve them were discussed.
The following topics were also discussed:
• Women and their role in raising children and building their future.
• The role of women in society as a working woman.
• How do women deal with the obstacles they face in society?
• Women are between raising children and achieving their professional ambitions.
• Society’s view of successful women leaders.
• Women and their rights in Islamic society.
• Women between authenticity and modernity.
The symposium was prepared and supervised by: A. Amani Al-Suwaih, with the participation of Dr. Maryam Karnaf.
