Today, Sunday morning, 7/31/2022, in its hall in the city of Tripoli, the Libya Academy for Advanced Studies organized a training course for members of civil society organizations on: (Leadership styles in civil society organizations), presented by the trainer, Mr. Ahmed Al-Majdoub Al-Zubaidi. The course covered definitions and concepts: the political system, Governance system, civil society, administration, leadership, types of organizations, the role of non-profit organizations, stages of their development, and characteristics of civil society organizations.
It also discussed leadership: its definition, types, patterns, and strategy, the difference between leadership and management, types of authority in terms of source, and stages of team formation.
With applications, models and practical examples, in the presence of a group of young people and some candidates for the House of Representatives.
