Dr. Aref Ali Nayed signed on behalf of LIAS as its Chairman and Dr Irina Abramova signed as Director of the Institute for African and Arabic Studies. The agreement includes academic, scientific and research cooperation, and the organization of joint conferences, forums, workshops, and training sessions. Furthermore, both institutions will develop academic and student exchange programmes, joint supervision of graduate studies, research programmes in the humanities, and also co-publishing of books and journals.
