In cooperation with the German Cooperation Foundation and the International Organization for Migration, Libya Institute for Advanced Studies has organized training courses on capacity building and skills upgrading, over five consecutive days in the city of Qatrun.
Members from the municipality of Qatrun as well as some administrative cadres in the Council and the city participated in this training.
