The Chairman of the Libya Institute for Advanced Studies (LIAS), Dr. Aref Ali Nayed, met this morning with the Director of the North Africa Programs and of the MENA Regional Hub of the United States Institute of Peace (USIP), Dr. Elie Abouaoun, to build on past cooperation between the two institutions, specifically in the areas of capacity-building, communal engagement and social-fabric repair and reconciliation.
