Participation of the Libya Academy for Advanced Studies in a dialogue session on local councils.

In the presence of the Director of the Youth Office in Al-Qubba, the President of the University of Derna Students Union, Al-Qubba Branch, and a group of young activists.
The session included an introduction to local youth councils and their roles in enhancing the roles of municipal youth at the local and national levels, refining youth skills and building their capacities.
