LIAS’ Shield of Distinction and Excellence was awarded to Mr. Amin Al-Safi Abubakr for ranking first of his cohort in The Arab Academy for Science, Technology.
The announcement took place in the official graduation ceremony of the Arab Academy on Saturday (3/10/2020). One day following the ceremony, Libya Institute for Advanced Studies (LIAS) awarded The Shield to Amin and conveyed to him LIAS’ highest commendations for his achievement.
The awarding of this honour comes as an expression of LIAS’ deep conviction of the Libyan youth’s capacity for excellence in every field; an excellence of which Amin has set a personal example through his perseverance and determination.
