Training Course: The Modern Teacher, in Cooperation with the Irshad Foundation and the Ihya Libya Forum

Within the framework of youth participation, the Irshad Foundation for Social Development, in cooperation with the Libya Academy for Advanced Studies and the Libya Revival Forum, as part of its plan for awareness, education, training, skills transfer and improvement, organized a training course entitled: The Modern Teacher.

The trainer discussed the most important modern teaching strategies and how to develop them.
She also talked about the teacher’s self-development, and the importance of developing the teacher’s personal, mental, and artistic skills.
It focused on the need to develop the teacher’s abilities to understand the mentality of students and how to deal with them.
She pointed to the role of the teacher and student in activating the concept of effective teaching.
General and specific goals, academic content and tools, strategic training methods, developing strengths, and modifying weaknesses.

Practical examples of high importance in the educational field were given.

At the conclusion of the course, certificates of appreciation were presented to the participants.
