The Libyan Institute for Advanced Studies organized a dialogue seminar on Tuesday, March 22 at its Hall in Bani Walid entitled:
The constitutional process in Libya
Between the road map and the elections
The seminar was attended by a group of professors, specialists and those interested in law, politics and Public Affairs.
He prepared the seminar and spoke at it: Dr. Muammar Ibrahim al-maraimi, and Dr.Ashwaiter Muammar Abdulmutallab
The professors talked about the roadmap, the available options and their evaluation, the delay of the elections, the problems of this and possible options, the impact of all this on the constitutional path, Constitutional Amendment No. 12, its details and comments about it.
