LIAS organized a symposium: Projects for Building the Capacity of Libyan Youth and Their Integration into Society

The Libya Institute for Advanced Studies organized a symposium entitled: Projects for Building the Capacities of Libyan Youth and Their Integration into Society, on the Zoom platform, on December 20, 2020, on the occasion of the International Human Solidarity Day.

The meeting was moderated by coach Mohamed Majed.

Interventions were provided by:

Engineer Ayman Al-Aqouri. CEO of Kudo Real Estate Investment Company.

Title of the intervention:   The Future Vision Program to prepare young people in the field of architectural engineering, which is a project concerned with how to integrate young people into the labor market.

Mr. Sufyan Badr, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Durra Training, intervention title: A turning point.

He talked about a free project they had undertaken, and presented it to young high school graduates. It included training courses on the following topics: psychological rehabilitation – infection prevention – mental maps – the concept of change – the importance of time – the art of dealing with others – the successful personality.

He also talked about the program for the capabilities of Libyan youth and their integration into society, which is a project submitted to the government that is divided into three stages: the first 12 hours, the second 12 hours, and the third 24 hours, over a period of two years, during which the trainee studies the basics and mechanisms of government administration.
