LIAS organizes a lecture: Encouraging the Libyan Commercial Law for Entrepreneurship in the City of Derna

Within the project of awareness, education, training, skills transfer and improvement, the Training Department at the Libya Academy for Advanced Studies organized a lecture in the city of Derna, in cooperation with the Derna Pulse Organization, on Wednesday 9/22/2021.

This lecture, entitled: Encouraging Libyan Commercial Law for Entrepreneurship, was delivered by Dr. Muhammad bin Salim, a faculty member at the University of Benghazi.
There was talk about the Libyan commercial law, its importance, definition, role, stages, and details. He also talked about its role in encouraging entrepreneurship, the creation of companies and projects, the necessary steps for that, and the parties concerned with all the steps of documenting and registering this, trademarks, and rights.
How can the Libyan young man excel, innovate, and create his present and future through the creative works that this law allows him?

This session was attended by a group of young men and women from the city of Derna and its environs.
