Training Course: Patterns of Behavior and Thinking.

Within the framework of youth participation, the Irshad Foundation for Social Development, in cooperation with the Libya Institute for Advanced Studies and the Libya Revival Forum, organized its plan for awareness, education, training, skills transfer and improvement,

The course was presented by the trainer, Dr. Salem bin Gharbia

He is a doctor specializing in business administration and human development

He is a lecturer at the Libyan University

He is a lecturer at the Institute of Diplomatic Studies of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Course Topics:

  • Thinking and trends
  • Behavior and its inputs
  • Different thinking styles and their reflection on individuals’ behavior
  • The impact of family history, environment and education on the behavior of individuals

The trainer spoke about behavioral inputs, Libyan society, religious culture, the mother language, customs and traditions, and the different dialects in the country.

In addition to the difference in family roles, influential pressures, and tribal society.

He also talked about the teacher and its influence, specialization and its impact on lifestyle.

He referred to the acquisition of behavior, when it begins, and gave models and examples of this.

He did not neglect talking about body language, the secret of knowing people and their intentions, physiognomy, which is an independent science in itself, and its relationship with human senses.

He focused on the importance of behavior and its role in knowing personality, so that a person can employ his skills and capabilities, differentiate between what is important and what is most important, and evaluate people correctly and honestly.

All this with the participation of young trainees, with examples that are close, realistic and related to lived life.

At the conclusion of the course, the trainer handed over certificates of attendance to the participants in this training course.
