Training Course: Self-Management and Beginning of the Journey of Success

As part of its plan for awareness, education, training, skills transfer, and improvement, the Training Department at the Libya Academy for Advanced Studies organized today, Monday, 8/30/2021, a training course entitled: Self-management and the beginning of the journey of success, presented by the trained professor: Saleh Muhammad Al-Mujabri, for a period of 3 hours.

This course was presented to the Ihya Libya team.

He talked about self-management and success, the meaning of self-management, and its most important points, principles, and conditions.

The journey to success begins with oneself and that no person is a failure, but rather a failure is one who does not strive for success!

He also talked about the stages of failure in the journey of life, the danger of giving up on this journey, and that great success has stages, including: social, material, and practical.

One of the stages of success is defining the message, as the inspiring message reflects the values, principles, and purpose of life.

This message contains: principles – vision – philosophy – goals.

He also talked about the most precious things a person possesses: the heart, mind, will, and conscience, with complete definitions and examples of them.

The journey to success begins with a partial, continuous step, and a person must have goals, principles, and values within himself, and he must have great ambitions, and always plan for the best at all times.

He should set goals and plans for each year, with the need to specify the messages required for each goal. With all these details, we will be able to prepare an expert person.

He also talked about mental skills and acquiring them by strengthening memory, increasing intelligence, speed of learning, innovative mentality, effective reading, and accelerating mathematical processes.

The path to success is a continuous journey that begins with the self. A person who succeeds with us strives for success, and when you surrender in the face of failure, you give up success of your own free will. These are the phrases with which the trained professor concluded his enjoyable training session.

A group of young men and women from the Ihya Libya team participated in this session.

In conclusion, a certificate of attendance for this training course was distributed, in the presence of Mr. Salah Al-Abbar, Director of the Training Department at the Libya Academy for Advanced Studies.
